The electrician finishes before the plasterer arrives, the waterproofing is signed off by whoever is on site that day, and the person who ends up holding the schedule together is the homeowner. NATHFRA GROUP takes the whole job under one contract. One programme, one price, one supervisor who is accountable for the sequence — and a written scope, so what is included is a document rather than a memory of a conversation.

The company is registered with CIDB at grade G3 in building, civil engineering and mechanical and electrical work, holds the Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan for government tenders, and is registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Grade G3 sets the ceiling on a single contract at RM 1 million, which is the size of work we take.

We work on five service lines across Kuching and the surrounding districts: whole-house renovation, kitchens and built-in joinery, extensions and structural alterations, external works and drainage, and office and shophouse fit-out. Most projects draw on more than one of them, which is precisely why they stay under a single contract.
