A home renovation is the job most people mean when they call a contractor, and the one most likely to go wrong when it is split between trades. The wiring has to be in before the plasterer closes the walls; the waterproofing has to be tested before the tiler starts. Sequencing is most of the work.
We take the house as a single contract: site clearing and strip-out, structural works, brickwork and partitions, plaster ceilings, electrical and plumbing, tiling, plastering and painting, aluminium windows and doors, roofing and gutters, flooring, then the final clean and debris disposal. One supervisor, one programme, one price.
It does not have to be the whole house. Laying SPC flooring over tired parquet, redoing a kitchen in cast concrete or opening a back wall onto a deck are jobs we have done on their own. Every quote starts with a free site visit.
