The job
The lease start date fixed the programme, so the sequence was set backwards from handover: long-lead glazed partitions ordered in week one, ceiling and services in parallel, joinery last.
The power and data layout was set out from the desk plan rather than from a standard grid, which meant no floor boxes ended up under a walkway and no desk needed a trailing lead.
